According to the State Hydrometeorological Service, the advisory covering the period until April 24 was issued in connection with the sudden decrease in temperatures and expected ground frost of -1..-4 degrees Celsius, in parts air frost of 0..-3 degrees Celsius.
Next week the weather will gradually grow warmer. Next Tuesday and Wednesday, daytime temperatures will rise to +12 ..+15 degrees Celsius, while in southern Moldova will reach +17 degrees Celsius.
