All the education institutions and most of the hospitals in Chisinau started to be supplied with heat. The hospital of the Ministry of the Interior and six suburban health centers are not yet heated. The housing stock will be connected to the heating system by Monday evening, Info-Prim Neo reports. In Monday's meeting of the Chisinau City Hall, SA Termocom director Mihai Cernei said the heating process started and cannot be stopped even if it is warmer outside. Last Saturday and Sunday, the employees of SA Termocom, SA Apa-Canal Chisinau and the Public Amenities Division worked round the clock. Mihai Cernei said a number of Privatized Dwelling Owens Associations and Homebuilding Cooperatives prepared their heating systems for winter, but have not yet obtained technical passports allowing them to be supplied with heat. SA Apa-Canal Chisinau head Constantin Becciev said 90% of the buildings that are supplied with heat by the company's three thermal plants are heated. Another 10 blocks in Codru town of Chisinau municipality will receive heat in the near future. According to Mayor of Chisinau Dorin Chirtoaca, it is for the first time in the last few years that the cooperation with SA Termocom is so fruitful. The dwellers who will want to economize can ask the building administrators to turn off the heat in the morning and turn on it in the evening.
