The municipality of Chisinau will provide by 500 lei to more than 900 persons with hearing impairments from Chisinau on the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, IPN reports.

According to a communiqué from the Chisinau City Hall, the money can be taken from the branches of Banca de Economii (Savings Bank) starting with December 4, on the presentation of the identity card. A sum of 450,000 lei was allocated from the municipal budget for the purpose.

The International Day of Persons with Disabilities is marked annually on December 3.
