The persons with hearing and speech impairments from Moldova as of September 11, 2017 will be able to call the emergency medical assistance services through Viber and Skype, IPN reports.

Those who need assistance can send a message to the phone number 062011544 where they should specify the reason for the request and the address.

According to the National Pre-Hospital Medical Assistance Center, the new communication platform will facilitate the access to emergency pre-hospital medical assistance services for hearing- and speech-impaired persons from all over the country.
