Health Ministry assigns over 230 young specialists to jobs

A number of 237 young specialists were assigned to work in communities lacking specialist doctors. In the festive ceremony held to hand over the diplomats of specialist doctor, Minister of Health Ruxanda Glavan said that she intensely communicated with the local public authorities during the last three months so as to secure particular concessions for the young health professionals, IPN reports.

“Most of you were budget-funded students and residents. This means that the maintaining of the teaching personnel and clinical basis was possible because all the citizens of Moldova paid taxes. You should now work based on the obligations you have towards the state,” stated Ruxanda Glavan.
