Head of kindergarten where children found worms in porridge fired
The director of kindergarten No.100 situated in Chisinau’s Rascani district was dismissed following inspections carried out by officials of the Division of Education, Youth and Sport, Info-Prim Neo reports.
The Division’s head Tatiana Nagnibeda-Tverdohleb Monday informed that last week the kindergarten had been thoroughly inspected during two days as a result of complaints submitted to the Division.
It was established that the kindergarten head did not fulfill her obligations to check the menu of the children and supervise the preparation and serving of the food. There are also disagreements among the employees.
The dismissal ordinance was made on October 17. The head of the Rascani Education Division and the kindergarten’s methodologist received warnings.
Another kindergarten head was fired a year ago. She challenged the dismissal ordinance in court and the trial still goes on.
Earlier last week, parents of children attending kindergarten No. 100 said their kids told them they found warms in the porridge.
