A group of women were taught how to grow thinner in a healthy way in a health and beauty workshop. The most frequent cause of growing fat is the unhealthy and irregular alimentation. A healthy person must have five meals a day. Breakfast should be the most important meal, with about 30% of the daily calories. The anti-fat cures are not always effective. After them, most of the women put on weight, said doctor Luminita Suveica, quoted by IPN.
“Dinner must incorporate 10% of the total volume of the necessary daily calories, but it more often represents 90%,” said Luminita Suveica. She advised not eating after 6pm as metabolism slows down after this hour.
The doctor said the women who want to lose weight should not exclude the proteins, glucids and fats from the menu as the body daily needs these elements. If they are not integrated into the menu, the persons will have the feeling of permanent hunger. “It is normal to lose about 500 grams a week, not more. If this principle is respected, those kilograms will not return,” said Luminita Suveica.
The doctor urged the women not to follow diets taken from magazines, but to go to the doctor and purchase a calorie chart.
In the workshop, the women were also taught how to choose a day or evening makeup, what products to use to have a good complexion and how to have healthy hair. The event was staged by a media website for women.
