Group of Socialists to vote for dismissal of Vlad Filat

The four MPs of the group of Socialists will vote in favor of the dismissal of the Government headed by Vlad Filat in the March 5 sitting, the group’s leader Igor Dodon announced in a news conference after a meeting of the National Council of the Party of Socialists, Info-Prim Neo reports. Igor Dodon said that 25 of the 34 members of the party’s National Council voted in favor of the Government’s dismissal. He also said that during three years the Government did nothing to develop the country. “The situation worsened in most of the areas, including economy, social sphere and criminality. There is crisis and chaos in fiscal administration and in the real sector of the economy,” stated Igor Dodon. On March 5, the legislature will examine the censure motion against the Government proposed by the Communist faction. At least 51 votes are needed to dismiss the Government.
