Group of Romanian young people to strengthen dialogue between NGO sectors of Moldova and Romania
A group of young people representing the NGO sector and academic environment of Romania came to Chisinau to contribute to a stronger dialogue between the nongovernmental sectors of Moldova and Romania. They will work in the capital city by September 4, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communique from the Ministry of Youth and Sport.
On September 1, the young people had meetings with Mayor of Chisinau Dorin Chirtoaca and Minister of Youth and Sport Ion Cebanu. Tomorrow, they will attend a conference themed “Moldova's Independence – Beginning and Present” where they will meet with Acting President Mihai Ghimpu, presidential adviser Dan Dungaciu, MPs Ion Hadarca, Corina Fusu, Oazu Nantoi, Mihai Godea, and other officials.
On September 3, they will have discussions with members of the Youth Parliament, the National Youth Council of Moldova, the National Students Union and of student trade unions.
The visit was organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sport of Moldova and the Department for Romanians Everywhere of Romania.
