Grigore Vieru's martisor
The National Philharmonic House “Sergey Lunkevich” is organizing a concert dedicated to the late poet Grigore Vieru as part of the International Music Festival “Martisor 2010”. “The concert titled “Untouched Poet of the Oath” is a large-scale event that will make the “Martistor” festival nicer ,” director of the National Philharmonic House Svetlana Bivol told Info-Prim Neo.
The concert involves the National Symphonic Orchestra of Teleradio – Moldova Company, conducted by Gheorghe Mustea, the Chamber Choir, conducted by Ilona Stepan, soloists Mihai Munteanu, Elena Demirgean, Angelina Arti and Valentin Uzun and foreign invitees Svetlana Mereeva from Russia and Alexandra Conunov from Germany.
The program includes songs on verses by Grigore Vieru and music by Eugen Doga, Alexei Starcea and Gheorghe Mustea as well as classical music like Ciprian Porumbescu's ballad. The concert will take place at the National Philharmonic House “Sergey Lunkevich” on March 5, starting at 18.00. The price of a ticket varies between 30 and 50 lei.
