The Green Spaces Association will acquire mowing machines to cut the plants that grow in Chisinau after rain. A tender contest for purchasing the given machines will be organized on May 17, the Association’s head Eliferii Haruta announced at the last meeting of the Chisinau City Hall, quoted by Info-Prim Neo. According to the cited source, three economic entities have purchased the schedule and intend to take part in the contest. In another development, the Mayor General Dorin Chirtoaca thanked the employees of the municipal services that arranged the floristic logo inaugurated at the entrance to Stephan the Great Public Garden in Chisinau on Europe Day. He stressed that the floristic arrangement should be maintained in a good condition and supervised so that it is not destroyed by visitors. According to the mayor, the municipal authorities should make sure that the territory around the floristic logo is lit during the night. “I don’t want the attractiveness of such places to diminish over time,” Dorin Chirtoaca said.
