Acting Prime Minister Zinaida Greceanyi on Wednesday announced formally her resignation in connection with the incompatibility of the post with the seat of member of parliament, which she holds following the recent elections. Zinaida Greceanyi extended her gratefulness to everybody “for cooperation and team spirit”. Greceanyi added that in order to ensure the continuity of the government’s activity she will inform the acting president, who is to appoint a caretaker prime minister from among the Cabinet members.
