They do not have license plates, and Angela Merkel’s transport is bullet proof. Red carpets are laid down up to the point where the German Chancellor will get off the plane. The Presidential Orchestra exercises the hymns of Moldova and Germany, which they will play today. Angela Merkel will be in Chisinau from 2:20pm till 9:00pm. She will meeting with the country’s leadership, with the leaders of Parliamentary Parties and the businessmen community. At 6:00pm she will give a speech at the Republican Palace, after which she will lay flowers at the monument of ruler Stefan cel Mare. The visit will conclude with the delegation visit to the Cricova wine cellars.
