Grawe Carat Asigurari SA headed by new director

Veronica Malcoci was appointed as director general of Grawe Carat Asigurari SA instead of Peter Kasyk, who had held this post for almost seven years, since the Grawe Group started work in Moldova, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to a communique from the insurance company, Peter Kasyk coordinated the work of the Grawe branches in Romania and Moldova. The administration of the Grawe Group considers the company in Moldova is rather mature and solid and the local management is able to ensure the provision of services in accordance with the local specific features and the group's international standards. Peter Kasyk will devote his entire attention to the branch in Romania. He will continue to work on the supervisory board of Grawe Carat. The coordination committee of Grawe Carat Asigurari SA will consist of Veronica Malcoci – director general, Paul Swoboda – deputy director general, and Eva Tusini – member of the administration board. Veronica Malcoci has formed part of the Grawe team since Grawe Asigurari de Viata SA started work in 2004. She graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova and is a Doctor of Economy. The new director aims to preserve the quality and professionalism that is typical of the Grawe Group. Grawe Carat Asigurari SA is the third leading insurance company in Moldova.
