The National Food Safety Agency initiated the procedure for withdrawing a lot of Polish granola bars from stores for the reason that these bars contain foreign objects, IPN reports.
“The Agency’s inspectors took all the measures to find and localize the given product. The distribution of the lot was stopped and the procedure for withdrawing it from sale was initiated. According to the presented information, 720 such bars were imported. The product is being traced according to documents. The noncompliant lot is being stored in a separate place,” the Agency noted in a press release
After the noncompliant product is withdraw, it is to be destroyed.
