Government’s State Chancellery implements “e-Management” system

Starting with January 2017, the documents of the Government’s State Chancellery are registered, sent and redirected only through the information system “e-Management”. The measure is designed to ensure the smooth implementation of the initiative “Paperless Government” and to improve the institution’s operational activity, IPN reports, quoting a press release of the Chancellery.

The draft decisions will be examined and approved by the Government in an electronic format. The documents approved by the Cabinet will be sent to ministries only in electronic format.

In order to ensure transparency in the decision-making process, the draft agenda of the Government meetings and draft laws and regulations that are to be examined and approved by the executive will be placed on the Government’s website www.gov.md.
