Government to award diplomas to eminent civil servants
The Government will grant diplomas to personalities and organisations in the country “in recognition and high appreciation for their special merits”. Last week, the Government approved a decision stipulating the introduction of such a diploma, which will have 3 appreciation grades.
Public servants, employees of commercial and public organisations, students and pupils, as well as commercial companies, co-operative societies, state and municipal enterprises, and non-commercial bodies will have the chance to get this honour.
The public servants will be awarded a diploma for their active participation in the state policy planning and successful implementation; for their long lasting, remarkable and flawless activity within the public management authorities. The commercial organisations and their employees will be awarded for efficient results in their field of activity and substantial contribution to the development of the national economy, reform promotion and implementation of efficient technologies, substantial contribution and active participation in the socio-humanitarian actions, for public benefit.
For the people and working groups in the socio-cultural domains, for the students and pupils, as well as for the non-commercial bodies and their employees, the criteria of awarding the Government’s diplomas will be the special achievements in domains like science, art, culture and sports, etc., the remarkable studying results and taking the prize-winning places within international competitions; the contribution to developing science, arts, culture and sports; the promotion of Moldova’s national-cultural values, image and re on international level.
