The draft state budget law, state social insurance budget law and mandatory health insurance funds law must be submitted to Parliament until November 1. This is said in the budgetary calendar laid down in the draft public finances and budgetary-fiscal responsibility law that was approved by the Government on Wednesday, Info-Prim Neo reports. The bill envisions strengthening the budgetary-fiscal discipline by setting common budgetary-fiscal principles and rules for all the components of the national public budget. The document regulates the budgetary process and delimits the duties, extending the powers of the participants in the budgetary process and increasing simultaneously their responsibility. It extends the areas where the law is applied and incorporates the budgetary institutions, the self-financed public institutions, the state and municipal companies, and the commercial organizations with full or mostly public capital, which will be subject to financial monitoring.
