Government states it has tripled the budgetary allotments for science and innovations during the last 2 years
The Government announces it has tripled the budgetary allotments for the field of science and innovations during the last 2 years and it has undertaken “serious actions to create the legal and normative framework as concerns the activity of the scientific potential and regarding the financing of the institutions of the field and financially stimulating the scientists”.
The PM Vasile Tarlev said at the solemn sitting of the Supreme Council for Science and Technological Development of the Science Academy of Moldova that the Government will continue to create proper conditions for carrying out scientific investigations and increasing the financial support to the scientists. According to him, the increase of the efficiency related to the use of scientific discoveries is an important facet of the state policy and the inclusion of the results of the scientific activity in the economic circuit is considered one of the key directions of the economic growth”.
One of the most efficient ways of implementing the scientific discoveries is according to the PM, the activity of the innovation companies’ network that are capable of drawing up and assimilating the high quality production with minimum expenses and in a quite short-time. The development of the innovation entrepreneurship will allow and will ensure the fact that the scientific potential contributes to improving the national economy.
In this context, Tarlev mentioned that one of the first sittings of the Government in the next year will tackle the set of laws related to the scientific-technologic parks and innovation incubators, Info-Prim Neo reports.
