A children’s program titled “Celebrating Europe Together” will be held on the occasion of Europe Day in the National Botanical Garden “Alexandru Ciubotaru” on May 9, between 11am and 3pm, under the aegis of the Government of the Republic of Moldova, IPN reports.

Europe Day symbolizes peace and unity on the European continent. On the occasion of his event, the Government invites the citizens to visit the Botanical Garden of Chisinau to see an event intended for children, which will include a handicrafts exhibition, an artistic program featuring the military choir Credo, workshops and activities for kids, an exhibition of forensic equipment, a performance by the cynology service and the canine team and other surprises, said the Government’s press service

Entrance to the Botanical Garden is free of charge. The first 3,000 visitors will get free ice-cream.
