Specialists in government procurement of the authorities and budget-funded institutions of Chisinau municipality will take part in training courses on the use of electronic public procurement instruments MTender. The free training courses will be organized by the public institution “Center of Information Technology in Finance” in September, IPN reports, quoting a press release of the institution.
During the past two months, the public institution staged training courses on the same theme in 21 territorial-administrative units of the country. They involved government procurement specialists from 320 authorities and budget-funded institutions.
During the first part of the courses, the participants are familiarized with the key elements of the technical concept of the automated information system “State Government Procurement Register” (MTender), which was approved by a Government decision of this July. The second part of the courses will center on assistance in using the system at all the stages.
The courses for the specialists from Chisinau will take place at the Training Center of the Center of Information Technology in Finance situated at 6 Constantin Tanase St, fourth floor, office 415 A. Under the statues of the Center of Information Technology in Finance approved by a Government decision of February 2018, the institution is empowered to provide institutional support in the process of developing the professional capacities of the personnel that work in such areas as public finances, government procurement and fiscal and customs services.
