The Government has presented the list of national roads that are to be renovated this year. The State Budget will contribute 380 million lei for this purpose and 183 million euros will be borrowed from foreign creditors, IPN reports.

The roads to be rehabilitated include Soroca-Moghilev-Podolsk, Balti-Soldanesti-Ribnita, Balti-Sculeni, Rezina-Calarasi, and Anenii Noi-Stefan Voda up to the Ukrainian border. Additional segments will be rehabilitated on the roads Hincesti-Lapusna and Hincesti-Slobozia Mare.

Any compensation required to nationalize assets in order to make the roadworks possible will be disbursed from the Road Fund.
