The Government passed three public nourishment public companies to the public property of the municipality of Chisinau. These are “Adolescenta”, “Liceist” and “Rascani-SC”. These companies were providing the students of the pre-higher education institutions of the municipality of Chisinau with hot meals using the financial means of the municipal budget. The Government decision on passing the state property to the public property of the Municipality of Chisinau was drawn up by the Ministry of Economy and Commerce at the request of the Chisinau Municipal Council. The social capital of “Adolescenta” State Enterprise located on A. Russo Street, which works in the school no 26, amounts to MDL 10.4 thousand. At the same time, the enterprise has losses of over MDL 36 thousand. The social capital of “Liceist” State Enterprise, located on S. Neaga Street constitutes MDL 14.5 thousand. The losses of the enterprise amount to over MDL 20 mln. “Rascani-SC” located on T. Vladimirescu Street has a social capital of about MDL 1.2 mln and losses of about MDL 1.9 mln. State enterprises for the nourishment of the students of the pre-higher education institutions work in each district of the Municipality of Chisinau since 1976.
