Government orders audit in Energoalians case
The Government will give 100,000 lei from its reserve fund to pay the law firm “Buruiana&Partners” to perform an audit in the lawsuit initiated by the Ukrainian company Energoalians against several Moldovan state-owned companies, Info-Prim Neo reports.
The Ukrainian firm sued a number of Moldovan energy companies, including Moldtranselectro and Moldelectrica, over an alleged debt of $51.2 million for electricity provided to Moldova in 1999.
