[Vlad Filat praises police]
Prime Minister Vlad Filat approved of the performance of the police on May 1, when different events were staged in Chisinau and other settlements to mark the International Worker’s Day. He also spoke about other recent accomplishments of the police, including the seizure of 20 kg of hashish. “The police should be criticized, but also praised when they work efficiently,” the Premier said in the May 2 meeting of the Government, Info-Prim Neo reports. He reiterated that the police officers with a good performance will be promoted.
[Premier demands action plan on preparation for BAC exams]
The Baccalaureate exams will take place between June 5 and 22, while the general secondary school graduation exams – between June 4 and 14. Given the importance of these exams, Prime Minister Vlad Filat asked presenting the action plan on the preparation for them as soon as possible, Info-Prim Neo reports.

The Government Wednesday decided to discharge Vasile Isac from the post of director of the State Achieve Service, Info-Prim Neo reports. Vasile Isac retired 13 years ago, but continued to work.
