The executive on July 3 approved a bill by which it proposed that its meetings should be held behind closed doors, IPN reports.
Minister of Justice Oleg Efrim said that in many states the way the bills are approved is a state secret. He considers that if there are no video cameras, the meetings will be more productive.
Parliament is to pronounce on the issue. If the law takes effect, the press will have access only to the statements made after the Government’s meetings.
