The Cabinet approved a decision about the initiation of negotiations with the Government of Romania over the provision of the loan of €150 million, IPN reports.

The loan is repayable in five years at an annual interest rate of 1.5% and is offered in the form of budget support.

As it was said in the joint meeting of the Cabinets of Moldova and Romania, held in Constanta on September 22, a part of this loan, allegedly €60 million, will be disbursed by the end of this year, after the Government and Parliament of Romania adopt a relevant decision and after the related internal procedures are performed.
