Government has started preparations for 2023 Diaspora Days

The Moldovan Government has started preparations for this year’s edition of Diaspora Days. The Government’s spokesperson Daniel Vodă noted that this year, too, the Government is waiting for Moldovans from all countries of the world to come home to celebrate the joy of being together, and also to explore new opportunities for development.

On August 18, the Diaspora Relations Office is organizing the Diaspora Congress, now at its 10th edition, which will offer compatriots the opportunity to interact with public authorities, but also to explore government services and programs.

On August 19, expat entrepreneurs and those wishing to invest are expected to attend the Diaspora Business Forum, where they will discover economic trends and investment opportunities in our country.

To participate in the events, those interested can register on the official platform at congresuldiasporei.gov.md until August 11.

Themed “Moldova is EU”, the 2023 Diaspora Days aim to promote dialogue between the diaspora and the country, as well as to mobilize citizens from everywhere, diaspora associations and civil society in a joint effort to promote, support and develop the Republic of Moldova.
