Government gives money to buy homes for landslide-affected families

The Government decided to allocate 200,000 lei from its reserve fund to the Soldanesti District Council to buy homes for families affected by landslides in the village of Climautii de Jos, IPN reports.

The affected area stretches on two hectares which accommodate 9 households.

The landslips in the village have advanced at a rapid pace lately, displacing some of the affected villagers. The evacuated families were already given homes bought with money from the local and district reserve funds. The money allocated by the Government will enable the procurement of homes for two more families.
