The Government named Ambassador to Belarus Gheorghe Hioara as Moldova's Permanent and Plenipotentiary Representative to the statutory and other bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States. He will hold the two posts simultaneously and will be based in Minsk, Info-Prim Neo reports.
