The Cabinet approved the draft law on one-off payments for children with disabilities. The lump sum of 3,300 lei will be granted starting December 10, IPN reports.

State secretary of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection Corina Ajder said that the one-time payments will be granted to 11,415 children with severe, moderate and mild disabilities, directly and without bureaucracy.

"This program continues the support provided in November this year, when more than 5,500 families benefited from a lump-sum payment of 3,000 lei. The extension of the support is possible thanks to the partnership with the World Food Program and the International Organization for Migration, whom we thank", said Corina Ajder.
