The concept of the “Unemployment Registration” Automated Information System, which was approved today by the Government, will enable the National Employment Agency to increase accessibility and transparency in the registration process of unemployed people and those receiving unemployment benefits or who are seeking a job. At the same time, the goal is to facilitate the processing of applications submitted online.
The Government said in a press release that the system will provide tools for controlling the flow of documents and organizing decision-making policies, will generate reports and statistics on performance indicators. To ensure the confidentiality and integrity of data, the system will rely on the digital signature infrastructure platform MSign, including for authorizing user access and signing documents.
The system will be managed by the National Agency for Employment and will be integrated into its general information system.
