The executive has allocated 212,080 lei from its reserve fund for making medals, diplomas and other things needed for conferring the 2013 National Award, IPN reports.
Deputy Prime Minister Tatiana Poting said the National Award can be handed over to one applicant or to a group of applicant authors. Thirty applicants have been selected this year. The ceremony to present the National Award will take place on August 26.
Also, 212,000 lei will be allocated to the Ungeni district council for providing lump sums to 13 families from Macaresti village. This sum represents the overdue compensations offered after the natural calamities of the summer of 2010.
