The head of the Party of Change Ștefan Gligor considers the deeds and statements of the former leader of the PLDM, ex-Premier Vladimir Filat, are favorable for the Party of Socialists. Gligor developed the issue in the talk show “Space of Freedom” with Lilia Burakovski.
“What Filat tried to do recently makes me smile with contempt. This man left only deception behind him and continues the same way. He cannot stop. Since he was set free from jail, he has been constrained to work for the Socialists,” said Ștefan Gligor.
He also stated his opinion on the failure to form an electoral bloc between the PLDM and PPPDA.
“The goal was for the PPPDA to absorb the Liberal Democratic Party. But the plan failed because they (the negotiators of the PLDM – e.n.) faced conditions that made them remain perplexed by so much impertinence, even if they are rather hard-bitten. The party’s absorption was asked for a mandate,” stated Gligor.
The leader of the Party of Change believes the PPPDA treated the PLDM in a humiliating way.
“They, those who have over 50 mayors and about ten district organizations, were offered to exchange these things for one safe place on the list. The approach was also inappropriate – the discussions should have been held by party presidents, but Năstase didn’t take part on behalf of the Dignity and Truth Platform,” said Ștefan Gligor.
Nevertheless, he believes the PLDM includes persons who deserve respect as they survived a lot of challenges. Among them is Iurie Țap, Grigore Cobzac, Tudor Deliu and others.
