The 18-year-old girl from Harbovat village of Anenii Noi district, who went missing on June 27, was found hanged in a wood near Farladeni village of Causeni district, IPN reports.

According to the General Police Inspectorate, the girl’s body was found by a man from Farladeni on July 14. The police are investigating the case to establish all the circumstances.

The girl left home after she learned that she failed the Baccalaureate math exam. A week ago, more than 150 employees of the Ministry of the Interior, including police officers, firefighters and carabiners, as well as civilians carried out searches to find the girl on an extensive area in Anenii Noi district.
