In the new government, the Liberal Party will keep the same ministers' posts as in the previous one, according to PL president Mihai Ghimpu, Info-Prim Neo reports. Democratic Party’s honorary president Dumitru Diacov announced that the Liberal-Democrats would have 7 ministries, while PD and PL 5 each. He also said the Communists would be offered the seat of vice prime minister responsible for the country’s reintegration, previously held by Victor Osipov of the AMN. On Thursday, Diacov mentioned that PL was the most “equipped” party in the new government. In Filat’s first government, the Liberals had 4 ministers and one vice prime minister: Vitalie Marinuta – Defense, Ion Cebanu – Youth and Sports, Gheorghe Salaru – Environment, Anatol Salaru – Transport and Road Infrastructure, and Ion Negrei – Deputy Prime Minister responsible for social matters.
