Deputy Minister of Justice Gheorghe Susarenko was appointed as permanent representative of the Government to the Constitutional Court, Info-Prim Neo reports. He will present the Government’s interests in the court and will work to improve the cooperation relations between the executive and the Constitutional Court. Another Deputy Minister of Justice, Oleg Efrim, was named as substitute representative of the Government to the Constitutional Court. Earlier, the given posts were held by the former Deputy Ministers of Justice Nicolae Esanu and Elena Mocanu. Gheorghe Susarenko was born in 1956. He was a member of the Central Election Commission in 1994, deputy mayor of Chisinau and MP from 2005 until 2009.
