The Government of the Federal Republic of Germany will provide support to the Moldovan executive in the process of implementing the Moldova - EU Association Agenda, German Chancellor Angela Merkel says in a congratulatory message addressed to Prime Minister Pavel Filip on the occasion of his appointment, IPN reports, quoting the Cabinet’s press service.

“Your country is facing big economic, political and social challenges. In your effort to do important reforms within the Moldovan bodies and institutions and to implement the Republic of Moldova – European Union Association Agenda, you can further count on the support of the Federal Government,” the German Chancellor says in her message.

Angela Merkel wished Pavel Filip inspiration and good luck in dealing with the tasks entrusted to him.
