The terms of the contracts signed between Gazprom and Moldovagaz are being prolonged for another six months, until December 31, 2012, Info-Prim Neo learned from a Moldovagaz communiqué. In the third and fourth quarters of 2012 the formula for applying European gas prices to consumers from Moldova will be continued; it is based on the average between the sale prices of natural gas of Gazprom in East European countries and Turkey, and the share of quoted prices for petroleum products. Other contractual conditions for the shipment and transit of natural gas will remain unchanged. Additional paperwork of the contract was coordinated by the Administration Board and Monitoring Council of Moldovagaz, and signed by president of the Administration Board Alexandr Gusev and by vice-president of Gazprom Administration Board Alexandr Medvedev.
