Gas Natural Fenosa wins “Golden Mercury” prize
Gas Natural Fenosa has won the top prize “Golden Mercury” at the Trademark of the Year 2012 contest, in the category “Services in the energy sector”, Info-Prim Neo reports.
The company’s president Silvia Radu said that this prize represents a very good indicator of the quality of Gas Natural Fenosa’s image and is the result of the activities carried out to promote the new brand during two years.
“We want to share with you our commitment to continue the relations transparently and a constant dialogue for the society’s benefit as well as our daily work so as to contribute to the welfare and development of Moldova,” said Silvia Radu. In May 2011, the company launched a new trademark - Gas Natural Fenosa – following the merger of two companies: Union Fenosa International and Gas Natural.
Earlier, in 2011, the company won the Golden Mercury prize for the most efficient and professional rebranding project. In 2010, within the same contest, it won the prize in the category “Profi trademark”, while in 2009 – the prize for the category “Socially responsible trademark”.
As many as 82 companies were awarded the Golden Mercury prize and different medals at the tenth Trademark of the Year contest.
