The pair Gabriele Goffredo – Anna Matus for the second consecutive time won gold at the World Games. After winning gold in Latin in Columbia in 2013, the two also became champions in the competition in Poland’s Wroclaw, IPN reports.
Gabriele Goffredo and Anna Matus were followed by Russian pair Armen Tsaturyan - Svetlana Gudyno and France’s Charles-Guillaume Schmitt and Elena Salikhova.
At the World Games in Poland, kickboxer Pavel Voronin won bronze in the 91 kg class.
Moldova was represented by eight athletes in two events. The next World Games will take place in Birmingham, the U.S., in 2021.
