Future graduates learn about risks of acts of corruption

Anticorruption officers told future graduates who are to take Baccalaureate exams this June that in the exams they must obey the rules and avoid cheating. The “lessons” were staged as part of the awareness-raising campaign “No corruption at Baccalaureate exams” organized by the National Anticorruption Center and the General Division of Education, Youth and Sport of Chisinau, IPN reports.

In a press release, the National Anticorruption Center said the participants in the discussions analyzed a number of situations that can generate undesirable consequences for those who will behave dishonestly toward teachers and mates in the exams.

The young people were urged to call the National Anticorruption Line on 0 800 55555 if they know cases of corruption that can be signaled.

The awareness-raising campaign “No corruption at Baccalaureate exams” covered 94 lyceums of the municipality of Chisinau. The information sessions involved over 4,000 lyceum students and more than 400 teachers and managers of education institutions.
