Moldovan gas stations displayed lower prices Friday morning. The gasoline dropped 0.8 lei, and the diesel oil – 0.2 lei. Now the retail price of gas is 11.20 lei/liter, compared with 12.00 lei/liter up to now, while the diesel oil price is now 12.50 lei, compared with 12.75 lei a day ago. A press spokesman of the Fuel Importers Union, Leonid Smolnitchi, has told Info-Prim Neo the gas price is down because the oil falls on the world market. He does not rule out the prices may plunge further. The fuel prices have fallen for the 8th time since August. The last occurred on October 31, 7% for gasoline and 2% for diesel oil.
