At the start of September, when a new industrial park is planned to be opened in Edinet, the company “T.B.Fruit”,in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy, will start the construction of an apple fruit juice concentrate factory that will work on biofuel. The investments are expected to come to €25million, IPN reports, quoting a communiqué from the Ministry.

The investment project was presented by the investor in a meeting with Deputy Minister of Economy DumitruGodoroja. The director of “T.B.Fruit” TarasBarshorvskii also spoke about the intention to extend inro Moldova by launching a grapes processing factory in Cimislia in 2014.

According to the investor, they plan to make investments of €15-20 million in raw material, create hundreds of new workplaces for farmers and provide advantageous offers for local fruit growers. The investors also expressed interest in investing in planting orchards.
