On Memorial Easter, celebrated this year on May 5 and 6, the Chisinau municipality offers free rides to the Saint Lazarus Cemetery. In addition to the regular bus route 27, the special routes C and D are traditionally introduced.
The special route C will depart from Vasile Alecsandri Street, and route D will depart from the Circus on Renașterii Naționale Boulevard.
All vehicle traffic other than public transport will be restricted on Doina Street leading up to the cemetery.
