On Low Sunday, marked this year on May 8 and 9, the Chisinau City Hall will organize free transport up to Saint Lazarus Cemetery located on Doina St. As the previous years, the additional bus routes “C” and “D” will be introduced, while the number of units of transport on the bus route No. 27 will be increased, IPN reports.

According to the City Hall’s press service, the additional bus route “C” will go from Vasile Alecsandri St up to Saint Lazarus Cemetery. Ten buses will run on this route.

The additional bus route “D” will last from Renasterii Nationale Blvd. up to Doina St. Thirty buses will run on this route.

To reach Saint Lazarus Cemetery, the passengers can also use bus route No. 27 that will also go from Renasterii Nationale Blvd. There will be ten buses running on this route.

On May 8 and 9, the number of trolleybuses that will run on routes No. 24 and 25 will be set depending on needs. The minibuses No. 126, 127, 132, 134, 154, 162, 180, 184 and 189 will travel up to Saint Lazarus Cemetery.

On Low Sunday, the private transport will not have access to the section of Doina St between Socoleni St and the main entrance to Saint Lazarus Cemetery.
