Free dwelling and 50,000 lei for young specialists
The young specialists in agriculture will benefit from state support in the form of free dwelling and a lump sum of up to 50,000 lei, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting sources in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry.
This is stipulated in the bill concerning support to young graduates of higher and secondary agirfood education institutions who are sent to work in rural areas, which was drafted on the initiative of Agriculture Minister Valeriu Cosarciuc.
Under the bill, the working graduates of agricultural universities from this year will receive a lump sum of 50,000 lei, while those of secondary vocational institutions – 40,000 lei and gratis dwelling provided by the local public administration during the first three years of work. 15,000 lei of the total sum will be paid within a month of the employment, another 15,000 lei – after a year of work, and 20,000 lei and, respectively, 10,000 lei after three years of work.
The young specialists will also be paid the price of 30 kw of electric power a month and of one square meter of wood and a tonne of coal a year. In case of gas heating, they will receive a compensation instead of wood and coal.
Only the specialists who will work in the agrifood sector in rural areas as they were assigned will benefit from these concessions. A special fund will be set up under the state budget law that will be managed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry.
The bill is to be discussed in the Government and Parliament.
