Franzeluta wants a new director

The board of Franzeluta baking company will meet on Friday, August 5, to announce a public contest for the position of director.
Chairman Stefan Chitoroaga told Info-Prim Neo that the board would discuss the company’s financial and economic situation and ways to improve it.
The meeting schedule stipulates the summoning of the extraordinary assembly of shareholders.
The meeting will take place at 2 PM, at the factory on Sarmizegetusa Street, 30.
The former director resigned as a result of mutual accusations launched by high representatives of parliamentary parties.
