Three motorcyclists were involved in road accidents on Thursday, May 6. Paulina Iakimovski, senior PR specialist of the Traffic Police Division, has told Info-Prim Neo that a speeding motorcycle overturned in Cahul town. Both the driver and a passenger were taken to the hospital with head traumas. Another motorcyclist, from Hancesti town, crashed into a wall. An 18-year-old passenger sustained traumas. A motorcycle without a license number turned upside down in the center of Lapusna village of Hancesti district. The driver lost control of the vehicle, which skidded and overturned. He received different injuries. A car driven by a 35-year-old man from the same village overturned. The driver and a passenger aged 19 suffered traumas. Two BMWs collided near Ialoveni town. One of the passengers was injured slightly. Eleven persons were hurt in nine road accidents in Moldova on May 6. Another 25 accidents caused no victims. The traffic police identified two inebriated drivers, 42 speeding motorists and 37 drivers traveling with the safety belt not buckled.
