Four pedestrians hurt Wednesday in four car accidents
Four pedestrians were victims of four car accidents that took place Wednesday, January 9, in the capital city.
At about 9am a GAZ-3307 vehicle, driven by a 25-year-old man hit a 38-year-old woman, causing her an open fracture of the right leg, Chisinau Road Safety Service Inspector Ion Roscovanu told Info-Prim Neo.
A Nissan car, driven by a 22-year-old man hit a 62-year-old woman on Nicolae Costin Street. The woman suffered a brain concussion.
A Seat-Toledo car, driven by a man aged 35 hit on Dacia Blvd an old man aged 80, that was admitted to hospital with brain concussion.
In the evening of January 9 an Audi-100 vehicle hit a 20-year-old woman in Truseni village, causing her a brain concussion.
During the day of January 9, Chisinau traffic officers fined 273 persons, including 11 drivers for speeding, 7 for wrong manoeuvres, 7 for drunk-driving, 15 for driving unbuckled. Besides these 4 accidents, other 14 minor accidents that didn’t involve any injured persons were recorded the same day.
